The low cut version of the Makra Pro Lady GTX – the Makra Pro Low Lady GTX – is the approach shoe for demanding terrain. But what makes a good approach shoe? Multifunctionality is key. The Makra Pro Low Lady GTX has to cope with different terrain, from hard paths to forest trails and scree slopes. Comfort, stability and flexibility all have an important role to play here. It’s lightweight, yet particularly stable midsole is made of PU and EVA. The oversized PU heel design provides perfect cushioning and the reinforcing PU foam wedge at the heel supports an ideal roll-off. EVA at the forefoot promotes greater precision and our exclusive Vibram ‘Makra’ outsole offers outstanding grip. The optimised ghilly lacing is a distinctive feature of the Makra family – it runs through textile loops right down into the toe area. This ensures a secure fit around the front of the foot, and good overall stability for a mid-cut model. Thanks to the waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, this shoe keeps your feet dry in wet conditions. The Perwanger leather upper is robust, breathable and long-lasting. This combination of high-quality materials delivers reliable performance.
